Cases we typically handle involve breach of contracts and lease agreements, unpaid accounts, default on loan agreements, default on guarantor agreements, and repossession and foreclosure of secured transactions.

POST JUDGMENT REMEDIES
Our firm is focused on results, particularly in the area of the collection of debts. Our goal is to satisfy our clients' claims, and not simply obtain judgements. Our representation of clients continues post judgment. Our attorneys have extensive experience with post judgment collection. After a judgment has been obtained, our firm will utilize its resources and experience with post judgment remedies to satisfy judgments.
